The message of the Quran is indicative of the purpose behind our inception. Within its texts, you find the morality that is imbedded within our psyche, the guidance gifted to us at birth and the Mercy of Allah (SWT) accessible within our fingertips. We dedicate our lives to the study of the Quran and its knowledge inspires us to learn more.
We are excited to host a 5-𝐝𝐚𝐲 𝐊𝐧𝐨𝐰𝐥𝐞𝐝𝐠𝐞 𝐑𝐞𝐭𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐭 to immerse ourselves within the Quran and evaluate its gems and stories. Join us on February 20 - 24th in Detroit, MI for an epic collaboration between Miftaah Institute, Yaqeen, Qalam, AlMaghrib Institute, and the Institute of Knowledge for the 𝑲𝒏𝒐𝒘𝒍𝒆𝒅𝒈𝒆 𝑹𝒆𝒕𝒓𝒆𝒂𝒕: 𝑻𝒉𝒆 𝑸𝒖𝒓𝒂𝒏𝒊𝒄 𝑬𝒙𝒑𝒆𝒓𝒊𝒆𝒏𝒄𝒆

Muhsen is a nonprofit umbrella organization serving children and adults with any intellectual, mental, or physical disability. Muhsen’s aim is to establish an inclusive and accessible environment for individuals with disabilities and their families. During this event. Muhsen will be providing ASL services.
The lodging option will book 2 people per room. If you only purchased one lodging ticket, you will be placed with one other person. Families will be placed together.
You will be placed in a room with 2 - 4 other Knowledge Retreat attendees. Check In will be Thursday February 29th at 3 PM. Check Out will be Tuesday. March 5th at 11 AM.
Unfortunately, we will not be providing rides from the Airport to the venue.
The nearest hotel is Sheraton DFW Airport Hotel (4440 West John Carpenter Frwy, Irving, TX 75063).

Yes, the Knowledge Retreat will be recorded and links will be emailed after the event.
